Sunday 22 April – Coach Trip – to Golspie and District this year. Leaving Thurso 9.30am and Wick 10.00am. Cost approx. £15 including soup and sandwiches at the Royal Marine Hotel, Brora.

Sunday 6 May – Walking Festival Badbea to Ousdale. Leaving Wick and Thurso Railway Stations 9.30am meeting at Badbea car park 10.15am. Geoff to lead.

Friday 18 – 21 May – The Club weekend to Nethy Bridge. Fully booked but check with Marion for cancellations.

Sunday 3 June – The Juniper Project – Hill of Forss. Ken and Myra to lead. Leaving Wick Railway Station 9.30am meeting Thurso Railway Station 10.15am.

Tuesday 19 June – An evening walk led by Eleanor – “Auld Wick Circular Walk” leaving Thurso Railway Station 6.30pm meeting Wick members at Lidl car park 7.00pm.

Sunday 22 July – A botanical walk at Melvich led by Ken. Leaving Wick Railway Station 9.30am meeting Thurso Railway Station 10.00am.

Thursday 26 July – An evening wander around the grounds of Barrock House led by Jack. Leaving Thurso and Wick Railway Stations 7.00pm meeting at Barrock House.

Sunday 12 August – A sail to Stroma – Allan to lead. This is of course weather dependent and details will be given nearer the time. Number limited, so booking needed.

Sunday 2 September a walk for Archaeology month– An exploration of the East end of Loch Naver – possibly visiting Rossal village, led by Calum. Leaving Wick Railway Station 9.0am meeting in Thurso 9.30am.

NON-MEMBERS ARE WELCOME. WE MEET AT WICK AND THURSO RAILWAY STATIONS. ARRIVE WITH A PACKED LUNCH WEARING BOOTS AND SUITABLE CLOTHING. BEWARE TICKS!!
TROUSERS SHOULD BE TUCKED INTO SOCKS. EVERYONE COMES AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WE REGRET – NO DOGS
