Royal Fine Art Commission for Scotland advises government, both central and local on the quality of the planning and design of our surroundings. Each report the Commission makes adds to its historic collection of expert comments on development proposals since 1927 which may or may not have been built. The Commission's responsibility is to judge projects for the future heritage of Scotland.
