Minimum Wage rises 35p per hour to£4.85 and for the first time there will
be a minimum wage for 16 and 17 year olds of £3
Minimum rate for 18 - 21 year olds of £4.10
Apprentices remain outsides the rules for 16 and 17 year olds.
