It is for people who have experienced a mental health problem

  • Aged between 16 and 34
  • Who live an a rural area
  • Are unemployed

What is New Futures?

This is a flexible programme offering guidance and support which can open up a new future for you.

Individual tailored guidance and support is available to help you access further education and training or employment.

What is Available?

Personal Development Plan with part-time hours to suit your needs. Options include:-

  • Training/Re-training
  • Further Education
  • Work Experience
  • Supported Placement
  • Group Work
  • Vocational Profiling
  • Job Seeking
  • Guidance
  • Support

Benefits Available for you

  • Weekly Allowance (will not affect benefits)
  • Travel Costs
  • Childminding Costs
  • Payment of Training Costs
  • Social Activities
