Highland Health Council Stops On 31 March 2005
From 31 March Health Council in Scotland cease to exist. A new
Scottish Health Council is being set up but will not deal with
complaints in the same way as the former Health Councils. Patients
who need help with a complaint should refer to their nearest Citizen's
Advice Bureau or their local MSP
Complaints
The Highland Health Council will advise members of the public of how
to go about making a complaint about treatment they receive or against
individuals or bodies within the health service. For further
