Great with fresh, frozen or vacuum packed scallops! Easy and
tasty. Try also it in small ovenproof glass dishes.
2 lbs. fresh, frozen (defrosted) or vacuum packed scallops
12 Tbs. real butter, divided
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or miss if not a garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup fish dressing or dry bread crumbs
Grease or oil a medium glass dish. Place scallops in dish. In a
saucepan melt 4 - 6 Tbs. of butter, add chives, parsley flakes,
tarragon, garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice and salt. Pour the sauce over
the scallops spreading herbs around. Top with fish dressing or bread
crumbs. Pour over with with 6 Tbs. melted butter. Bake at 375
degrees 25 minutes.
